All sales are final

All sales are final. Real does not offer refunds or credits, including for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it.

You can try Real free before you pay. A new Plus plan starts with a free trial, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.

Canceling

Cancel anytime in Settings, then Billing. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no refunds or credits for the current period.

We email you 3 days before a trial ends and before a yearly renewal, with the amount, the date and a way to cancel.

Where the law says otherwise

Some places give customers rights that cannot be waived. Where the law requires a refund, we will give it. If you think that applies to you, write to hello@ and a person will answer.

If a payment is disputed with your bank, Plus ends at once while it is resolved.

Your data

Exporting your boards, journal and notes is free at any time and never depends on a plan. Nothing is deleted because a plan ends: it becomes read only and stays yours.
